Together with my business partner, we reimagined this original 1982 patio home in Arcadia Lite into a warm, elevated space that feels both modern and timeless.
The renovation centered around improving flow and livability by opening the enclosed galley kitchen, expanding the primary suite's bathroom and closet, and layering in thoughtful design details throughout. Smooth walls, updated fireplace surrounds, curated tile selections, and refined finishes brought new life to the home while preserving its inviting character.
The end result is a beautifully functional home designed for everyday comfort and effortless entertaining.
